Spring Maintenance

Early spring maintenance is well under way. In the past two weeks fairway aeration has been completed. Greens aeration started on Monday and will be completed tomorrow morning. An application of fertilizer and preeemegent to tees, fairways, rough,and driving range will be completed this afternoon. Next week tees and green surrounds will be aerated,weather permitting. The last week of March tees, fairways and rough will be sprayed to remove broadleaf weeds.  During April grass and weeds growing on slopes will be cleared to meet Los Angeles fire code. Greens aeration and topdressing April 17 and 18 will wrap up  our spring maintenance.
